About Sridhar Jayaraman
Sridhar Jayaraman is an author, Strategic Business & Communication Adviser and mentor based in Bengaluru, India. Drawing upon more than five decades of professional experience across engineering, manufacturing, business leadership, strategy and organisational development, he works with business owners and leaders to help them think more clearly, communicate more effectively and build stronger organisations.
Over the years he has worked with startups, MSMEs and established organisations in diverse leadership, consulting and mentoring roles. His work combines strategic thinking with practical implementation and a deep interest in people, ethics and long-term organisational growth.
