Every reader deserves to be treated fairly. While we hope every order reaches you in perfect condition, this policy explains how we will respond should something go wrong.
If your book arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If dispatch has not yet taken place, your payment will be refunded in full.
Once an order has been dispatched, it normally cannot be cancelled. If delivery is unsuccessful because you are temporarily unavailable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss resending the book to a new address.
